Project management and Personal assistant
I am seeking a dependable and well-organized part-time, hourly Administrative/Personal Assistant to provide direct support to me as a professor. The schedule is flexible and well suited for candidates seeking part-time work in an academic environment. Primary Responsibilities Project Management •Track project progress on click-up on a weekly basis
- Create a simple dashboard to track progress of all tasks in click-up
- Create follow-up tracker, to-do list and draft follow-up emails if needed
- Categorize tasks (e.g., urgent / this week / later / pending with others)
- Reminders for key deadlines . Scheduling & Calendar Management
- Manage and coordinate my calendar
- Sync my personal/professional commitments into one coherent schedule
- Track weekly workload by types Document Preparation & Editing
- Format PowerPoint presentations for conference talks
- Update my curriculum vitae (CV), biosketches, and publication lists
- Assist with formatting documents for reports, grant submissions, and academic materials Financial & Administrative Tasks
- Prepare and submit reimbursement requests
