Medical Director (Aesthetic Medicine) – Flexible, Low-Commitment Role Aesthetic Harmony Medspa & Wellness – McKinney, TX Clinical Oversight with Purpose and Simplicity Aesthetic Harmony Medspa & Wellness is a boutique aesthetic clinic in McKinney, Texas, known for delivering natural, refined results with a strong emphasis on safety, technique, and client experience. We are seeking a Medical Director to provide thoughtful clinical oversight in a well-established, professionally run environment with experienced providers and strong internal protocols already in place. This role is ideal for a provider who values ethical practice, clinical excellence, and straightforward collaboration—without the demands of a high-time-commitment position. Position Overview The Medical Director will provide oversight and regulatory support in accordance with Texas law, ensuring all treatments are performed safely, appropriately, and within scope. Our clinic operates with established systems, protocols, and an experienced injector, allowing for a streamlined and efficient oversight structure.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide medical oversight for aesthetic and wellness services
• Review and approve standing orders and treatment protocols
• Be available for consultation as needed for clinical questions or concerns
• Conduct periodic chart reviews to ensure compliance and quality
• Support safe delegation and supervision of services including:
• Neurotoxins and dermal fillers
• PRF/PRP and regenerative treatments
• Microneedling and chemical peels
• IV therapy and medical wellnness
• Provide guidance in complication recognition and management

Ideal Candidate

• Licensed in Texas as MD, DO, in good standing
• Strong understanding of aesthetic and/or wellness medicine
• Knowledgeable in complication prevention and management
• Values:
• Patient safety and ethical standards
• Consistency and professionalism
• Respect for diverse skin types and backgrounds
• Comfortable working in a supportive, low-maintenance oversight role
• Preferred (not required):
• Dermatology background or strong skin-focused experience
• Prior experience as a Medical Director or in aesthetic practice

Compensation

• Monthly stipend (based on experience and involvement)
• Additional compensation for increased participation, if applicable
