We’re Hiring C-Suite Leaders | AI-Driven Tech Company (CA / TX / Remote) One of our fast-growing AI-driven technology portfolio companies is expanding its leadership team and is actively seeking C-suite executives to join the next phase of growth. Backed by strong investors and focused on real-world AI applications, the company is scaling rapidly and building category-defining products. Location
- Preferred: California or Texas
- Remote: Open for now, with flexibility to transition to hybrid/on-site as the company grows

Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute company-wide strategy aligned with long-term growth
- Lead and scale cross-functional teams across product, engineering, and operations
- Drive AI product vision, execution, and commercialization
- Partner closely with investors, board members, and strategic stakeholders
- Build scalable processes, systems, and company culture
- Represent the company externally with customers, partners, and the broader ecosystem
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven executive or senior leadership experience in AI, SaaS, or high-growth tech companies
- Strong strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability
- Experience scaling startups or growth-stage organizations
- Deep understanding of AI-driven or data-centric businesses (role-dependent)
- High ownership, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills
