- *Role Overview**
This is a
- *remote internship**
(NYC and Long Island-based candidates preferred). You’ll work directly with our acquisitions team to help source deals, build our property pipeline, and support underwriting efforts. This is primarily a
- *commission-based opportunity**
— interns will earn an
- *acquisition fee for any deal they help source that successfully closes**

- *Key Responsibilities
- Source off-market real estate opportunities through
- *cold calling, outreach, and research
- Build and maintain a
- *database of target properties and owners
- Assist in
- *deal sourcing strategies and pipeline tracking
- Support underwriting efforts and learn financial analysis techniques
- Help prepare
- *investment memos and deal summaries
- Conduct market and comparable property research
- Attend site visits (if location is reasonably accessible)
- *Qualifications
- In the process of completing a four-year college degree
- Strong academic performance and demonstrated analytical ability. Prior coursework in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, and/or Management preferred
- Genuine interest in real estate
- Comfortable with outreach / cold calling
- Self-starter with a track record of initiative and follow-through
- Organized with strong attention to detail: able to think critically about deals and spot inconsistencies or gaps in information
- Proficiency in Excel & Powerpoint (real estate financial modeling experience preferred, but not required)
- *Bonus
- Experience using AI tools such as Claude Code & Claude Cowork
- Experience building systems, automations, or workflows
