Your Role
As a Work from Home Customer Service Representative, you will:
- Handle Incoming Calls Promptly and Professionally: Respond to customer inquiries with empathy and clarity
- Research and Provide Effective Resolutions: Accurately document call details and communicate with customers to resolve issues

To be eligible for this role, you must:

* Demonstrate Reliable Attendance: No absences in the first 90 days

- Have a Hardwired Internet Connection: Minimum speeds of 5 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download
- Maintain a Secure, Private Work Area: At home, free from distractions and interruptions
