Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and providing exceptional support via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and professional resolutions to customer complaints and issues.
  • Utilizing our Shopify platform to assist with order processing, tracking, returns, and exchanges, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
  • Managing order data, customer information, and inventory management through our NetSuite system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Corresponding with customers through Microsoft Outlook to coordinate order-related issues and inquiries, providing clear and concise communication.
  • Monitoring and responding to customer reviews on platforms, including Amazon, to ensure positive customer experiences and drive business growth.
  • Troubleshooting product issues, guiding customers through product usage, and providing helpful tips to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Working closely with our fulfillment and shipping teams to ensure timely delivery and order accuracy, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Ensuring a consistent experience for all customers by adhering to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 2+ years of Amazon customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Proficiency in Shopify, Microsoft Outlook, and NetSuite, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Must be flexible with weekend availability, with a willingness to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Prior experience in an eCommerce or retail customer service role is preferred, but not required.
