As a Customer Service Agent, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing white-glove service to our clients and their customers across various ecommerce platforms, including Amazon, Walmart, and eBay. You'll be working with a team of customer experience agents to ensure seamless communication and efficient handoffs, providing an exceptional customer experience that sets us apart from the competition.
Job Summary
We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a non-traditional setting. As a Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, creating and repurposing content for Amazon Posts, and assisting with analytics and data downloads. You'll work closely with our team to achieve our annual commitments and maintain excellent customer satisfaction across all clients.
Essential Functions
* Provide exceptional customer support to all white-glove clients across various ecommerce platforms
- Create and repurpose content for Amazon Posts, ensuring timely and effective scheduling
- Assist Analytics with reports and data downloads, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences
- Collaborate with team members to achieve Centers of Excellence annual commitments
- Maintain excellent customer satisfaction across all clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
- Effortlessly collaborate with all arenaflex team members, fostering a results-driven and team-oriented environment
- Work closely with fast-moving entrepreneurs, handling fires and learning new technologies/marketing techniques as required for growth
- Operate with a high degree of independence within agreed policies, targets, and budgets
- Demonstrate excellent communication and research skills, with impeccable writing skills and a sense of humor
- Possess discerning judgment, willing to stand up for the best use of company time and financial resources
- Develop and maintain strong interpersonal skills, getting along with diverse personalities and working collaboratively to achieve common goals

Qualification Requirements
* Proficiency and knowledge of Teamwork Desk, Zen Desk, or other similar software
- Comfortable with online collaboration tools such as Slack and Google Workspace (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides) as well as project management tools like Wrike
- Competent with Amazon Seller Central and knowledge of Amazon TOS
- Hands-on individual, self-starter, ability to deal with ambiguity in new situations and drive for results with a positive attitude in the face of challenges
- Can operate with a high degree of independence within agreed policies, targets, and budgets
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to create a results-driven, team-oriented environment
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced, team environment and being part of a fast-growing company
- Must be proficient in English and Spanish with excellent English and Spanish communication skills, both verbally and in writing
- We're looking for someone who can work with us long-term and get to know our clients in depth, providing creative solutions
- Experience in the ecommerce/Amazon platform is preferred
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbally and in writing. Bilingual in Spanish is a bonus
- Extremely effective public speaking skills and presence, with the ability to shape stories for clients
- Can operate with a high degree of independence within agreed policies, targets, and budgets
