Job Summary

As a Part-Time Storage Customer Service Representative, you will work closely with our site manager to ensure the smooth operation of our facility. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the site manager with facility operations
• Answering phone inquiries from active and prospective customers
• Showing storage units, explaining rental agreements, and preparing contracts
• Performing routine property cleanup and minor repair work
• Ensuring vacant storage units are clean, dry, secure, and available for new customers
• Participating in ongoing continuous education through arenaflex University

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers receive the help they need on their journeys

• Support the site manager with facility operations, including routine maintenance and repairs
• Answer phone inquiries from active and prospective customers, responding to their needs and concerns
• Show storage units, explain rental agreements, and prepare contracts for new customers
• Perform routine property cleanup and minor repair work, ensuring the facility is clean and secure
• Ensure vacant storage units are clean, dry, secure, and available for new customers
• Participate in ongoing continuous education through arenaflex University, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Minimum Qualifications

* Driver's license and the ability to maintain a clean driving record

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with customers and colleagues in a professional and friendly manner
• Availability to work on weekends and holidays, with flexibility to adapt to changing schedules

Work Environment

* The work involves moderate risks or discomforts, requiring special safety precautions, such as working around moving parts, machines, fumes, or irritating chemicals

• May be required to use protective clothing or gear, such as masks, goggles, gloves, or shields
• The work requires some physical exertion, including long periods of standing, walking, and lifting (up to 50 lbs)
