Your Role: Bilingual Customer Service Representative - Spanish-English
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative - Spanish-English, you'll be the face of arenaflex, delivering exceptional customer experiences that exceed expectations. You'll be responsible for:
* Answering incoming communications from customers in a timely and professional manner
* Conducting research to provide accurate and helpful solutions to customer inquiries
* Utilizing your product knowledge to consult with customers and resolve their issues with empathy and care
* Collaborating with your team to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty
What You'll Bring to the Role
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* 1 year or more of call center experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
* A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication and problem-solving skills
* Fluency in both Spanish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency in computer software and technology, with a strong understanding of internet-based applications
* A high-speed internet connection (> 15mbps) may be required for some programs
