Job Summary

As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers through phone, email, and live chat to deliver exceptional customer service. You'll handle critical situations, including complaints and escalated cases, with professionalism and efficiency. You'll also manage each customer case from initiation to resolution, ensuring that the customer is kept informed throughout their entire experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage each customer case from initiation to resolution, ensuring the customer is kept informed throughout their entire experience
  • Provide quotes, process sales orders, document complaints, and address service issues related to shipments, billing, warranty, and product inquiries
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Essential Requirements

* High school diploma or GED

  • 3+ years experience in customer service and/or client-facing roles
  • Highly skilled and experienced in information technology, time and project management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficiency in CRM/ERP systems (desirable)

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in conducting in-house training

  • Experience in a life sciences or scientific research environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation and Benefits

The hourly range for this role is $24.50-$25.70. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits, including:
