Roles & Responsibilities

• Reporting: Provide basic reports and serve as a resource for other staff members, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
• Data Integrity: Perform data integrity tasks, including locating and correcting data entry errors, reporting them to supervisors, and implementing corrective actions.
• Document Management: Scan or upload documents, maintain logs of activities and completed work, and file completed documents in appropriate locations or distribute them as needed.
• Data Analysis: Create or modify databases according to the needs of the department, providing data lists, spreadsheets, and reports as required.
• Training and Support: Provide direction or assistance to users of information regarding data requirements and status of paperwork, and train other data entry employees as needed.
• Other Related Duties: Perform other related duties as assigned by management, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Education: A High School diploma or GED is required; an Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Experience: Two years of experience in data entry or a related field is required.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently. Proficiency in data entry software and systems, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
