The Role

As an Experienced Customer Support Agent at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to potential and current Legal Shield customers. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, answering their questions, resolving their issues, and providing them with the information they need to make informed decisions. Your goal will be to consistently provide a great customer experience, building trust and loyalty with our customers and driving long-term growth for arenaflex.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide inbound customer service for a leading company, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Consistently provide a great customer experience, meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction targets
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Legal Shield's products and services, including billing and payment options, services offered, and other key features
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional service
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying new knowledge and skills to improve customer experiences

Shift Options

We offer a range of shift options to suit your lifestyle and preferences:

  • Full-Time Shift - Option #1: Thursday - Monday, 12:30 am - 9:00 am
  • Full-Time Shift - Option #2: Tuesday/Wednesday, 12:30 am - 9:00 am; Friday - Sunday, 4:30 pm - 1:00 am
  • Part-Time Shift: Saturday/Sunday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm

Requirements

* 1-2+ years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Ability to respect and maintain customer and client confidentiality, adhering to arenaflex's strict confidentiality policies
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills, with experience using a range of software applications and tools
  • Background check required

Required Equipment

* A laptop or desktop PC with Windows 10 (cannot be an Apple product, Surface, or Chromebook)

  • Ability to hardwire (plug-in) to your internet source with an Ethernet cable
  • USB headset with a noise-canceling microphone
  • Webcam (external or embedded)
