Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Specialist I, you'll be responsible for the following key tasks:

  • Logistics Data Management: Oversee and refresh logistics data for designated vendors, ensuring timely and precise entries. This includes detecting and rectifying any vendor-related or local delivery complications.
  • Vendor Communication: Engage in effective communication with vendors to resolve issues and adjust delivery timelines as required. You'll also elevate complex problems to supervisors for advanced resolution.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with various teams to amend inaccurate merchant data and ensure uniformity across systems. This includes compiling and structuring item-level data supplied by merchants, ensuring consistency with internal product identifiers and descriptions.
  • Problem-Solving: Detect and rectify any vendor-related or local delivery complications, using your exceptional problem-solving skills to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Engage in effective communication with vendors and internal teams, using your strong communication abilities to build strong relationships and resolve issues.
