Key Responsibilities

As a Telechat / Live Chat Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through our live chat platform. Your main role will be to ensure that our customers have a positive and seamless experience while interacting with our brand. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Monitor and respond to incoming chat messages in a timely and professional manner: You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, responding to their inquiries, orders, and providing product information in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate and detailed information about our products, services, and policies: You'll be the expert on our products and services, providing accurate and detailed information to our customers to ensure they have a positive experience.
  • Effectively promote and upsell products to increase sales: You'll have the opportunity to promote and upsell our products to increase sales, using your knowledge of our products and services to provide personalized recommendations to our customers.
  • Assist customers with placing orders and tracking shipments: You'll be responsible for assisting our customers with placing orders and tracking shipments, ensuring that their experience is seamless and hassle-free.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience and empathy: You'll be the voice of arenaflex, resolving customer complaints and issues with patience and empathy, ensuring that our customers feel valued and supported.
  • Document and escalate customer feedback and suggestions to improve customer satisfaction: You'll be responsible for documenting and escalating customer feedback and suggestions to improve customer satisfaction, ensuring that our customers' voices are heard and valued.

Qualifications

To be successful as a Telechat / Live Chat Representative, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required: You'll need to have a high school diploma or equivalent to apply for this role.
  • 1 year of experience in customer service or sales, preferably in a chat or call center environment: You'll need to have at least 1 year of experience in customer service or sales, preferably in a chat or call center environment.
  • Strong written communication skills and ability to type quickly and accurately: You'll need to have strong written communication skills and the ability to type quickly and accurately to respond to incoming chat messages.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities: You'll need to be able to multitask and prioritize responsibilities to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic: You'll need to be a team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic to succeed in this role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software systems: You'll need to be proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn new software systems to succeed in this role.
  • Knowledge of plastics industry is a plus: While knowledge of the plastics industry is not required, it's a plus if you have experience or knowledge in this area.
