Key Responsibilities
As an Email/Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service via email, chat, and inbound calls. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Delivering Exceptional Customer Service: Respond to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and helpful manner, ensuring that every interaction is a positive one.
- Building Strong Relationships: Foster strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing personalized support that meets their unique requirements.
- Troubleshooting Client Issues: Efficiently troubleshoot client issues and provide timely and satisfactory resolutions that exceed their expectations.
- Gathering Feedback: Gather client feedback to help improve our services and processes, contributing to continuous enhancement and growth.
- Collaborating with Team Members: Collaborate with team members to share insights and develop best practices for exceptional customer support, ensuring that every interaction is a success.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 1+ Years of Experience: At least one year of experience in customer support or a related role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.
- Excellent Written Communication Skills: Excellent written communication skills, with a strong focus on providing helpful and concise responses that meet clients' needs.
- Customer Support Tools: Experience with customer support tools such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar (preferred).
- Calm and Effective Communication: Ability to remain calm and effective in written communication, even in challenging situations.
- eCommerce and CRM Systems: Familiarity with eCommerce and CRM systems (preferred).
- Data Analysis: Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for tracking and reporting, with the ability to analyze data and provide insights that inform our customer support strategy.
Internet Requirements
To ensure that you can perform your duties effectively, you'll need:
- Personal PC or Laptop: A personal PC or laptop with a minimum of an i5 processor or its equivalent.
- Internet Speed: A minimum of 15 Mbps for both upload and download speeds.
