The Role

As a Live Chat Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers through live chat to answer questions, resolve concerns, provide information, and offer assistance. Your primary goal will be to maintain high customer satisfaction levels by providing accurate and timely responses, while also assisting with sales by providing product information and facilitating purchase decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company information to provide accurate and informed responses.
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

* Access to a reliable internet connection and a device capable of handling chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop).

  • A commitment to work independently with a minimum availability of 5 hours per week.
  • Strong written communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision.

Work Hours & Location:

* Flexible hours ranging from 5 to 40 hours a week, based on your availability.

  • Fully remote position, open to candidates across the United States.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Must be available to work a minimum of 5 hours per week.
