Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Assisting customers inside and outside our centers with arenaflex products and services
- Using smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory
- Moving and hooking up arenaflex trucks and trailers
- Cleaning and inspecting equipment on the lot, including checking fluid levels
- Answering questions and educating customers regarding products and services
- Preparing rental invoices and accepting equipment returned from rental
- Installing hitches and trailer wiring
- Filling propane (certification offered through arenaflex upon employment)
- Driving a forklift (certification offered through arenaflex upon employment)
- Participating in ongoing continuous arenaflex education through arenaflex University
Minimum Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
- Valid driver's license and ability to maintain a good driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Physical ability to lift, push, and pull equipment weighing up to 50 pounds
Work Environment
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll work in a dynamic and supportive environment that's committed to your growth and development. You'll be required to work Sundays, and you'll be exposed to moderate risks or discomforts that require special safety precautions, such as working around moving parts or machines, fumes or irritant chemicals. You may be required to use protective clothing or gear such as masks, goggles, gloves, or shields.
Physical Demands
The work requires some physical exertion, including long periods of remaining stationary, moving around indoors and outdoors, positioning oneself to reach objects at varying heights, and moving equipment weighing up to 50 pounds assisted or unassisted.
