The Role
As a Part Time Customer Care Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via multiple channels, including live chat, email, phone, and video calls. You'll be the face of arenaflex, and your primary goal will be to ensure that our customers have a seamless and enjoyable experience with our product. Your role will involve:
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Providing product training and support to customers, including setup and configuration
- Identifying and resolving complex issues, often requiring creative problem-solving skills
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve product functionality
- Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on product features and best practices

Compensation and Benefits
As a Part Time Customer Care Representative, you'll receive:
- Competitive hourly rate: $23-$25 per hour, based on experience
- Flexible scheduling: 20-30 hours per week, with the option to work 4-6 hours per day, Monday through Friday
- Remote work: You'll have the flexibility to work from home, with the option to work until 8 pm ET, Monday through Friday
- Accrued PTO: You'll be eligible for accrued paid time off, which you can use to recharge and relax.
