- Communicating event details, rules, and schedules to participants in a clear and professional manner.

- Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth event operations and customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining accurate and organized customer records and data.
- Assisting with marketing and promotional efforts to attract new customers and retain existing ones.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:- A high school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
