Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Managing large volumes of incoming phone calls, emails, and chats with customers
- Generating sales leads and meeting personal and team sales targets
- Identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction and build sustainable relationships
- Providing accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods and tools
- Meeting personal and team sales targets and call handling quotas
- Handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits, and following up to ensure resolution
- Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents
- Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Taking the extra mile to engage customers and exceed their expectations
Requirements and Skills
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
- A track record of over-achieving quota and consistently delivering outstanding results
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent
