Key Responsibilities
* Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
- Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues, escalating concerns to supervisor or manager as needed
- Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes in a secure and compliant manner
- Strive to meet and exceed personal and team target goals, consistently delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues, ensuring seamless communication and efficient resolution
- Schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance customer service skills and knowledge
Requirements and Qualifications
* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Basic computer skills and experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent listening skills, with the ability to actively listen to customers and relay information accurately

- MUST RESIDE IN CALIFORNIA
