Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service and Operations Associate, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to our users, ensuring they have a great experience with our platform and feel confident in their long-term finances
  • Consolidating customer retirement accounts, resolving issues, and answering questions in a timely and professional manner
  • Advocating for customers and sharing feedback with our product and engineering teams to inform our product roadmap and drive continuous improvement

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 4+ years of relevant experience in a customer service or client-facing role, preferably in the financial industry
  • Experience working with FINRA licenses (e.g., Series 6, 7) or a willingness to obtain them
  • A strong interest in helping people achieve their financial goals and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Familiarity with customer service best practices and tools, such as CRM software and ticketing systems
  • Ability to work flexible hours if necessary to solve customers' problems and meet business objectives
