Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Software Engineer to join our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. As an IAM Integration Specialist, you'll be responsible for designing, building, and launching customer-specific workflows for provisioning, correlation rules, access certification, and Joiner, Mover, and Leaver processes within our SailPoint implementation. You'll work closely with our global-class software and platform teams to deliver scalable, nimble solutions that meet the evolving needs of our business.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, build, and launch customer-specific workflows for provisioning, correlation rules, access certification, and Joiner, Mover, and Leaver processes within our SailPoint implementation
- Experience in installation management and troubleshooting of IAM solutions in a business environment
- SailPoint implementation experience with strong IAM domain best practices, design, and maintenance knowledge
- Implementation of JML events, custom/OOTB LCM Workflows to meet business requirements
- Robust knowledge of WebServices, RestAPI & SCIM API connectors and Provisioning rules to customize software onboarding
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to IAM integration
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure arenaflex remains at the forefront of IAM innovation
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related field
- 3 years' experience in systems and infrastructure engineering or related field at a tech, retail, or data-driven company
- Strong exposure to Identity and Access Management (IAM), Access Control, RBAC, Role Mining, Access Aggregation/Certification, and Federation
- Experience with Java, JavaScript, XML, DSML, Linux, Tomcat, Oracle, and other relevant technologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related field
- 5+ years' experience in IAM integration, systems engineering, or related field
- Experience with SailPoint implementation, design, and maintenance
- Strong knowledge of WebServices, RestAPI & SCIM API connectors and Provisioning rules
- Experience with JML events, custom/OOTB LCM Workflows
- Certification in IAM, Cybersecurity, or related field

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

- Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
- Bonus: up to 20% of annual salary
