Key Responsibilities
- Responding to customer calls and emails in a timely and professional manner, providing clear and concise solutions to their queries
- Assisting customers with website or application-related issues, ensuring that their concerns are addressed promptly and efficiently
- Answering questions about arenaflex products and services, providing expert knowledge and guidance to customers
- Documenting customer interactions in our client system, using proper spelling, grammar, and punctuation to ensure accurate records
- Transferring data from documents into our client's system, maintaining data integrity and accuracy
- Making outbound calls to collect customer information missing from applications, as needed
- Performing additional duties as required, to be discussed during your interview
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of call center experience
- Ability to complete and pass online training, with a commitment to attending 100% of sessions (no missed time)
- Ability to pass a background check
- Reliable high-speed internet connection with a minimum of 20MB download and 10MB upload speeds
- A wired USB headset with built-in microphone and noise cancellation
- An active, functioning webcam
- A second monitor/screen
Benefits and Compensation
- A competitive hourly rate of $15.25
- Paid training at $15.25 per hour
- Benefits eligibility after 60 days, including medical, vision, dental, and 401k
- A fully remote work environment, with the flexibility to work from home
- Schedules that include weekends, with opportunities for overtime
