The Role
We're seeking a French Customer Care Agent to join our team and provide top-notch customer service to Deezer's global customer base. As a CSR, you'll be the face of arenaflex, delivering exceptional service through online chats, email, and social media. You'll be responsible for addressing a variety of customer inquiries in a personalized, friendly, and informative manner, ensuring that every customer interaction is a positive one.

Responsibilities
As a French Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing service to Deezer's global customer base in multiple languages
- Supporting any contact channel that Deezer requires, including email, social media, and live chat
- Taking ownership of customer issues, solving problems, and handling cases from start to finish
- Working collaboratively with the Deezer team
- Attending regular meetings with team members and managers
- Participating in projects as assigned
