Key Responsibilities
As a Call Center Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently, resolving customer inquiries and complaints by providing accurate information and solutions, and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system. You'll also collaborate with the team to meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call resolution time and customer satisfaction. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Handling inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
- Resolving customer inquiries and complaints by providing accurate information and solutions
- Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system
- Collaborating with the team to meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call resolution time and customer satisfaction
- Utilizing analytics tools to track trends and provide feedback for improving processes
- Participating in regular training sessions to stay updated on company policies, products, and services
Qualifications
