Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Resolving complex customer issues through active listening, empathy, and effective problem-solving
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records, including account information and transaction history
  • Recommending products and services to customers based on their needs and preferences
  • Analyzing customer feedback and providing insights to improve our products and services
  • Collaborating with the customer service team to achieve sales targets and call handling quotas
  • Providing exceptional customer service through multiple channels, including phone, email, mail, and social media
  • Utilizing computer technology to handle high call volumes and manage customer interactions
  • Working closely with the customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered

Essential Qualifications:

* Proven customer support experience, with a track record of over-achieving quota

  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
