Together, let’s embrace possibilities and change lives! arenaflex's Patient Billing Customer Service department within the Revenue Cycle Management Division is seeking energetic, passionate customer service-focused individuals who seek solutions to challenging patient billing issues. Responsibilities:

* Answer 80+ inbound calls per day from patients, doctor's offices, and/or private insurance carriers, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues efficiently.

  • Initiate payment plans for patients with outstanding balances, ensuring timely and effective resolution of financial obligations.
  • Routinely utilize multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries while on the phone, demonstrating a proactive and solution-focused approach.
  • Maintain performance goals, meeting or exceeding targets for call volume, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to become proficient with processes after completing a structured training program, embracing a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

  • Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all interactions and transactions.

  • Proficiency navigating multiple computer screens and applications, leveraging technology to enhance customer experiences.
  • Alpha-Numeric data entry proficiency, accurately and efficiently processing patient information and transactions.
  • Excellent communication skills, effectively listening to and addressing patient concerns and needs.

Qualifications:

* High School Diploma or equivalent required.

  • Minimum 1+ year work experience required, preferably in medical billing, customer service, insurance claims, EOB, call center, or fast-paced environments.
  • Previous work in high-volume call environments with several computer windows open highly desirable.
  • Previous interaction and communication with patients regarding medical information strongly preferred.

Technical/Other Requirements:

* Internet download speed of at least 50 megabytes per second connectivity required for remote work.

  • Dedicated area to perform duties without interference, with structured breaks and a structured environment.
  • Ability to manage time and tasks independently while maintaining productivity, meeting or exceeding performance goals.

Pay Range:

$15.25-$16.00 or State/Local minimum wage, if higher.

Shift and Schedule:

The shift for this position will be Monday-Friday, 11am-8pm (EST), which is 10am-7pm CST and 9am-6pm (MST) and 8am-5 pm (PST). Enjoy a structured schedule with regular breaks and a dedicated workspace.

Shift Differential:

10% shift differential for 11am-8pm (EST) shift, recognizing and rewarding your hard work and dedication.
