As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our drugstore adjudication system's eligibility records. You'll work closely with various teams across the company to resolve issues, correct records, and provide exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities
* Conduct thorough studies and analysis of eligibility records to ensure accuracy and compliance with arenaflex enrollment package records
- Resolve issues and discrepancies in shared mailboxes and work queues, working with multiple teams across the company
- Identify and correct errors in various reports, reconciling eligibility records between systems
- Monitor and track records, ensuring timely and accurate updates
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve complex issues and provide green resolutions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring exceptional customer service and communication
Essential Qualifications
* 1-2 years of experience in data entry, analysis, and problem-solving
- Strong understanding of healthcare industry principles and practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project
- Excellent verbal, written, and trouble-shooting communication skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in the healthcare industry
- Advanced education in a related field, such as healthcare administration or data analysis
