This role will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing while maintaining compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations. Job Details Process bi-weekly and/or semi-monthly payroll for ~300 employees across multiple states Maintain and manage payroll data within ADP Ensure accurate calculation of wages, bonuses, commissions, and deductions Handle payroll tax filings, garnishments, benefits deductions, and compliance reporting Reconcile payroll prior to transmission and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner Serve as a point of contact for employee payroll-related inquiries Partner with HR and Accounting on employee changes, audits, and reporting Support year-end processes including W-2s and 1099s Maintain up-to-date knowledge of payroll laws and best practices Interested in hearing more?
