We’re building a tech-enabled financial management platform by partnering with strong local CPA firms — and we’re looking for an entrepreneurial CPA to help us build it. This is a partner-level opportunity — not a traditional job. What You’ll Do
- Work with us to evaluate and acquire CPA firms
- Step into a Platform CEO role, running day-to-day operations
- Lead client service delivery, teams, and growth across the platform
- Drive organic growth across the client base
- Identify opportunities to expand advisory and value-added services
- Support integration of acquired firms into a unified platform
Who You Are
- CPA with 8+ years in public accounting
- Strong operator with client-facing experience
- Entrepreneurial mindset — builder, not just manager
- Interested in M&A, leadership, and ownership
