- *Role Responsibilities
- Evaluate AI-generated accounting outputs for accuracy and compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and regulatory frameworks.
- Calibrate AI decision-making processes in tasks like journal entry preparation and reconciliations.
- Simulate and audit workflows related to financial close, consolidations, and tax filings.
- Provide domain-specific feedback on AI-generated financial statements and audit working papers.
- Collaborate asynchronously with product and AI teams to refine systems based on accounting best practices.
- *Qualifications
- *Must-Have
- 4+ years of professional accounting experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related quantitative field.
- Professional certifications such as CPA, CA, CMA, or ACCA.
- Strong technical accounting proficiency, including knowledge of GAAP and IFRS.
- Expertise in core accounting processes like financial reporting and tax compliance.
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
