Recruiter, B2B Agency
Job Description:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for multiple roles across various industries (e.g., marketing, operations, sales)
- Source talent through job boards, LinkedIn, recruiter networks, and proactive outreach
- Conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications, communication skills, and cultural alignment
- Present qualified candidates to clients and coordinate interview scheduling
- Maintain strong relationships with candidates, guiding them through the hiring process and onboarding
- Track candidates and hiring workflows in our ATS/recruiting software
- Collaborate with the leadership team to understand evolving talent needs
- Ensure compliance with agency processes, standards, and client requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 4+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in fast-paced startup environments
- Strong communication and English language skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to assess candidate fit beyond the resume (soft skills, professionalism, reliability)
- Proficiency with LinkedIn and online sourcing tools
- BONUS: Experience working as a Recruiter for an agency
- BONUS: Experience recruiting for creative/marketing (eg. Graphic Designer, Video Editor, Media Buyer, Creative Strategist) roles, and a good eye for design
- Ability to work in any time zone
