Inside Sales, B2B
Job Description:
- Utilizing Solution B2B Selling skills and technical expertise to close orders effectively.
- Excelling in a high-volume inbound RFQ environment.
- Building strong, value-driven relationships with key customers.
- Providing technical product knowledge and specifications to clients.
- Increasing sales volume, product mix, and profit margin in designated accounts.
- Collaborating with internal teams to meet customer priorities and ensure satisfaction.
- Managing customer accounts and information in CRM systems.
- Analyzing and interpreting customer needs from RFQs and project specifications.
- Negotiating pricing and generating proposals using CRM systems.
Requirements:
- 6+ years experience in B2B Sales with Glass Industry is a plus
- Proficient in CRM systems and computer savvy
- Preferably experienced with HubSpot or similar software
- Demonstrated success across all sales processes, from planning to closing
- Strong time management and discipline in task organization
- Excellent in listening, negotiating, and presenting
- Bachelor's in Business Administration, Marketing, or related
- Consistently exceeds sales KPIs
