Want to innovate with us? We're hiring a Digital Media Sales & Account Manager to join our revenue team. This is a hybrid role: part seller, part strategist, part client partner. You’ll manage current and former accounts, pursue new business, and collaborate across departments to deliver compliant, high-impact digital campaigns for some of the most respected brands in healthcare.
What We're Looking For
You might come from media sales, media strategy, or media buying — agency or publisher side — but you know how to drive results. You understand how digital campaigns are sold, scoped, and measured. You're confident leading client conversations, and you embrace the tools that move work forward faster — including AI-powered productivity tools. You can hold your own in a pitch, a QBR, or a cross-functional huddle. You bring ideas, ask good questions, and push things toward action.
Key Responsibilities
- Renew, upsell, and expand digital programs with assigned clients
- Prospect and close new business, growing your book across healthcare/pharma
- Build and manage strong agency and client relationships
- Partner with campaign management, analytics, ops, and marketing to ensure delivery
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with Tier A accounts
- Forecast and track revenue, pipeline, and activity in Salesforce
- Advocate for client needs internally — and help shape smarter solutions
Ideal Background
- 3+ years in digital advertising — sales, planning, or buying
- Experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical marketing strongly preferred
- Knowledge of the programmatic landscape and its role in digital media
- Strategic thinker with a strong bias toward execution and follow-through
- Excellent communicator — written, verbal, and visual
- Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint fluency
- Familiarity with Salesforce (or willingness to learn it quickly)
Location Requirement You must be based in New York, New Jersey, or Pennsylvania, and able to commute to NYC and/or Philadelphia for in-person meetings. Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $80,000–$90,000 (based on experience)
- Variable Compensation: targeted at 33% of base for total on-target earnings (OTE) in the range of $106,000–$120,000
