Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Global Business Manager. The Global Business Manager will oversee and manage strategic business operations and client relationships on an international scale while driving measurable outcomes. Responsibilities involve collaborating on go-to-market strategies, managing sales pipelines, monitoring key performance indicators, overseeing contract negotiations, and driving alignment across teams. The role also includes contributing to business development, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring successful execution of global objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in business development, sales strategies, and client relationship management
- Experience with Salesforce technology and AI-driven CRM solutions
- Analytical skills to monitor KPIs, drive revenue growth, and assess global market opportunities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage cross-functional global teams and coordinate across different time zones
- Understanding of governance, security, and enterprise-grade AI solutions is a plus
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA preferred
