Social Media Manager – Beauty Brand

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled social media manager to build and grow the online presence of a dynamic beauty brand specializing in human hair wigs, bundles, closures, and frontals. The role involves developing a comprehensive social media strategy from the ground up, with a focus on brand awareness, audience engagement, and customer acquisition. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand’s digital identity and expanding its reach to new customers in a competitive market. Deliverables

• Develop and implement a tailored social media strategy aligned with brand goals and target audience.
• Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across key platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
• Grow and manage the brand’s online community, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
• Monitor analytics to track growth, engagement, and campaign effectiveness, providing regular performance reports.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure brand consistency and alignment with marketing initiatives.
• Identify and leverage trends, influencers, and partnerships to maximize reach and impact.
