Compensation ➡️ Salary range $45,000 to $55,000 based on experience + performance bonuses Your Mission As our Sales Assistant, you will support and optimize the full sales process—from lead intake through onboarding. You will ensure
- Sales materials are created and delivered at a high level
- Leads are tracked, assigned, and followed up
- Meetings, presentations, and proposals are executed flawlessly
- New clients onboard seamlessly
This role directly impacts pipeline growth, close rates, and client experience. What You’ll Be Responsible For 1. Sales Materials & Presentation Support
- Prepare and coordinate:
- Discovery Decks
- Marketing Brief Decks
- Market Analysis & Market Presentations
- Ensure all materials are
- Accurate
- On-brand
- Delivered on time
- Support continuous improvement of decks and messaging
2. Proposals & Sales Documentation
- Assist with creation and coordination of:
- Statements of Work (SOWs)
(Julian + Jessica support)
- Ensure proposals are
- Complete
- Professionally presented
- Delivered quickly to maintain momentum
3. CRM, Lead Flow & Pipeline Management
- Maintain CRM accuracy and visibility across:
- Leads
- Meetings
- Proposals
- Signed clients
- Support:
- CRM tracking
- Lead assignment
- Ensure no leads fall through the cracks
- Track follow-ups and enforce accountability
4. Meeting Coordination & Sales Process Execution
- Send:
- Meeting confirmation emails
- Follow-ups and reminders
- Support scheduling and preparation for:
- Discovery calls
- Sales presentations
- Ensure all meetings are properly prepared and documented
5. Client Experience & Sales Touchpoints
- Coordinate client experience elements:
- Confirm meetings and send fresh baked cookies
- Send welcome boxes
- Ensure a polished, high-end experience from first touch through onboarding
6. Onboarding Coordination
- Coordinate onboarding process
- Ensure:
- All required information is collected
- Internal teams are aligned
- Clients transition smoothly from sales to delivery
7. Events, Conferences & Campaign Support
- Support planning and execution of:
- Trade shows
- Conferences
- Networking events
- Assist with:
- Conference audits
- Event logistics and follow-up
- Help maximize ROI from events and campaigns
8. Awards, Research & Strategic Projects
- Assist with:
- Awards Show Audits and Presentations
- Market and competitive research
- Support high-value strategic initiatives tied to branding and lead generation
9. Sales Team Operations & EOS Support
- Participate in and support:
- Sales meetings
