Marketing Specialist(Bilingual in Chinese)
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, direct mail, and e-commerce channels to attract restaurant owners and industry partners.
- Create and manage marketing materials, website content, social media posts, and email campaigns to effectively promote ARA’s products and services.
- Engage with potential clients and key decision-makers through offline outreach, including community events and on-site visits within the restaurant industry.
- Identify, build, and maintain relationships with potential vendor and business partners to expand collaboration opportunities.
- Lead product demonstrations and support customized solution development, including system training and installation assistance.
- Work closely with internal sales, operations, and technical teams to ensure a seamless post-sales experience for restaurant clients.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of marketing experience in North America; experience in restaurant promotion, business partnerships, or social media marketing preferred.
- Familiar with offline district promotion workflows; capable of independently securing supplier and association partnerships.
- Proficient in TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Google Ads; basic short-form video editing skills required.
- Fluent in English and Chinese; able to clearly present products to Chinese restaurant owners in the US and conduct on-site demos.
- Results-driven, proactive, and able to handle performance pressure from field promotion and business development; strong cross-team collaboration skills (sales / suppliers / associations).
