Primary Skills: Technical Writing-Expert, Help Center Documentation-Expert, AI Evaluation-Advanced, LLM Integration-Advanced, IT Troubleshooting-Advanced Contract Type: W2 Duration: 12+ Months Location: Remote Pay Range: $60 - $70 per hour on W2 Summary: This remote, 12-month contract role requires a skilled Technical Writer to create and maintain internal help center resources, focusing on IT support and troubleshooting. You will also evaluate AI-generated responses, identifying and rectifying content gaps to improve accuracy and employee support efficiency. This position demands a blend of excellent writing abilities, technical acumen, and a strong understanding of AI tool functionality. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and update clear, concise help center articles and troubleshooting guides.
- Test and analyze AI support bot outputs for accuracy and relevance.
- Investigate and resolve content inaccuracies by updating or creating new documentation.
- Collaborate with AI development teams to refine bot functionality and content alignment.
- Ensure documentation is optimized for both human understanding and AI parsing.
Must-Have Skills:
- Proven experience in technical writing for help centers and IT troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in evaluating and working with AI tools, including LLMs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to trace and fix content issues.
Domain/Industry Experience: Enterprise IT, Knowledge Management Platforms (Contentful preferred), Jira is advantageous.
