nCino Salesforce Developer

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced nCino Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in the nCino platform and Salesforce development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing and customizing nCino lending solutions, along with strong Salesforce development skills including Apex, Lightning Flows, integrations, and DevOps processes. The role requires working closely with business and technical teams to design and implement scalable solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement solutions using nCino and Salesforce platforms.
• Work with nCino functionalities including UI configuration, Product Hierarchy, Collateral, Credit Underwriting, DocMan, SmartChecklist, and Customer Portal.
• Develop and maintain Salesforce components such as Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Flows, and validation rules.
• Configure and manage approval processes, batch processing, and automation workflows.
• Implement Salesforce integrations using Named Credentials, Connected Apps, and Platform Events.
• Write and optimize SOQL and SOSL queries for data operations.
• Use AutoRabit for metadata management and deployment through CI/CD pipelines.
• Follow DevOps best practices including commits, merges, deployments, and version control using Git.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable Salesforce architecture and solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application performance and system functionality.

Required Skills & Experience

• 6-8 years of experience in Salesforce development.
• Strong experience working with the nCino platform.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) certification - Mandatory.
• nCino 201 Certification - Mandatory.
• Hands-on experience with Lightning Flows, Apex, Triggers, and Validation Rules.
• Experience with SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce data model.
• Experience integrating Salesforce using Named Credentials, Connected Apps, and Platform Events.
• Experience using AutoRabit for CI/CD and metadata deployment.
• Proficiency with Git and DevOps processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Commercial Lending or Private Lending domain.
