Full Stack or Backend GenAI Developer – AI Coding Product
. VibeLevel.ai is an AI-native technical assessment platform redefining how engineering talent is evaluated. We measure how developers collaborate with AI — not just whether they can code — using real IDE-based assessments, and multi-dimension evaluation. We're an early-stage founding team building a global product. We can offer a founding-team seat on a global AI product and a genuine path to Co-Founder or CTO with equity. If you're optimizing for learning, ownership, and long-term upside over short-term pay, we would like to you to explore this. We're looking for a mid-level full stack or backend engineer with a product mindset and genuine fire for building AI-native systems. You'll work directly with the founding team, own features end-to-end, and use AI coding tools — Claude Code, GitHub Copilot — as a core part of how you work, not an afterthought. - Design and build scalable agentic REST APIs and background processing pipelines
- Extend our LLM-based scoring engine — multi-dimension candidate evaluation, structured outputs, streaming
- Build async task processing — scoring pipelines, resume analysis, webhook handlers
- Work with cloud storage, session persistence, and PostgreSQL at scale
- Collaborate on LangChain / LangGraph multi-agent workflows
- Write clean, well-tested, observable code with proper logging and error handling
- Use Claude Code and GitHub Copilot as expert AI collaborators to deliver fast, reliable, production-grade code
- 1–3 years of backend development experience (mandatory)
- LangChain and multi-agent AI systems experience deployed to Production
- Strong Python — FastAPI, async/await, Pydantic
- PostgreSQL — Building scalable and schema evoluation/fleaxbile data model design experience
- Expertise with LLM SDK's — prompt engineering, func tool calling, context management, structured outputs, chat session mgt
- CloudFare, Vercel, Fly.io, Docker, CI/CD
- Proficient with AI coding assistants (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) in daily workflow
- Full stack experience — Next.js or modern frontend frameworks (React, TypeScript)
- SaaS billing / subscription systems (Stripe, Paddle)
- Background in EdTech, HRTech, or developer tools
