Frontend Developer (Next.js / React) – Long-Term Opportunity, Full-Width UX Focus

Frontend Developer (Next.js) We are looking for a skilled Frontend Developer specializing in Next.js (React) to join our team long-term. This is not for someone looking to make a few bucks and move on. We want someone who wants to grow with the company and be part of building real products. This role has the potential to turn into a full-time position for the right person. Tech Stack
- Next.js (latest version)
- React
- Tailwind CSS (preferred)
- REST API integration
- Git (GitHub)
Responsibilities
- Build fast, responsive, full-width websites (no boxed layouts)
- Convert designs (Figma) into clean, scalable code
- Follow UX best practices and pay attention to details
- Optimize performance (clean code, minimal unnecessary scripts/plugins)
- Work closely with design and backend teams
Requirements
- Strong experience with Next.js and React
- Ability to build true full-width layouts (not templates)
- Clean, organized code structure
- Strong eye for UI/UX
- Good communication and availability
- Must provide real portfolio work (you will be asked to prove ownership)
Payment Terms
- Fixed budget: $2,500
- No payment until 50% of the project is completed and approved
- Remaining payment upon final delivery and approval
- Do not apply if you are not comfortable with these terms
