Job Summary

We're seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our Fredericksburg, VA office. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Answering billing questions and making policy changes
  • Providing recommendations and solutions to customer inquiries
  • Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and quality standards

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and chat

  • Answer billing questions and make policy changes

  • Adapt to changes in policies, procedures, and technology

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in computer software and systems, including CRM and ticketing systems
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

* 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

  • Experience with insurance products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience with sales and upselling techniques
