Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing timely and effective support to our clients, helping them understand their healthcare plans and making informed decisions about their care. You'll work closely with our clients, listening to their concerns, answering their questions, and providing solutions to their problems. With your exceptional communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities, you'll make a real difference in the lives of our clients and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to inbound calls and emails from clients, providing timely and effective support to their healthcare-related queries

  • Answer questions and provide information about healthcare plans, medication coverage, and mail-order prescriptions
  • Help clients understand their coverage options and make informed decisions about their care
  • Provide solutions to client problems, escalating complex issues to senior team members as needed
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve client issues and improve overall service quality
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Work effectively in a team environment, providing support and guidance to colleagues as needed

Essential Qualifications

* 2 years of experience in a client-facing role, such as call center, retail, or customer service

  • PC proficiency in Windows-based applications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse clients and stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions

Preferred Qualifications

* Partners degree or equivalent experience

  • Ability to issue settle in a positive, useful way
  • Happy with connecting with clients in a patient, supportive way that shows a real worry for further developing the client personal satisfaction
  • Unwavering quality and consistence with booking principles
  • Capacity to show persistence and compassion and express confirmation and certainty
  • Solid client assistance abilities, including obliging phone behavior and incredible skill
  • Solid oral, relational and relational abilities
