Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing world-class customer experience to our policyholders through inbound phone calls. You'll be working independently, taking initiative, and making decisions with minimal supervision. You'll be responsible for troubleshooting customer issues, providing solutions, and ensuring that our customers are satisfied with their experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service through inbound phone calls, resolving customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner

  • Troubleshoot customer problems, providing solutions and alternatives when necessary
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including notes and follow-up actions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve processes
  • Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers
  • Work independently, taking initiative and making decisions with minimal supervision
  • Maintain regular and timely attendance, meeting productivity and quality standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge

Requirements

* High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Designated space and internet capability to work from home
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Extensive Microsoft Office or G-Suite experience
  • 2 years of customer service experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information

Preferred Qualifications

* Property and Casualty License (arenaflex will provide training and support to obtain the license)

  • Experience in the insurance industry or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
