Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for receiving and processing calls from patients and families, gathering information, and relaying it to our clinicians. Key Responsibilities
* Receive and process calls from patients and families, gathering information and relaying it to our clinicians
- Provide exceptional customer care, responding to caller inquiries and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
- Work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with clinicians and other support staff to ensure seamless communication and care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient interactions, including call logs and follow-up communications
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance customer care skills and stay up-to-date on industry best practices
- Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet the needs of our patients and families
Essential Qualifications
* 18 years of age
- Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Accurate keyboard and typing skills (minimum 40 wpm)
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office and internet navigation
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to speak with a smile in your voice
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple calls and tasks competing for attention
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare or telehealth setting
- Experience working with patients and families, particularly those with complex medical needs
- Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare industry standards
- Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
