Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Support Representative to join our remote team. As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat channels. You'll assist customers with flight bookings, reservations, and general inquiries, address and resolve customer concerns and complaints with professionalism and empathy, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met efficiently.

Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat channels, ensuring that customers receive world-class service and support.

  • Assist customers with flight bookings, reservations, and general inquiries, providing accurate and timely information to meet their needs.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns and complaints with professionalism and empathy, ensuring that customers feel valued and supported.
  • Offer guidance and support to customers regarding travel policies, procedures, and promotions, ensuring that they have a seamless and memorable travel experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met efficiently, including sales, marketing, and operations teams.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, ensuring that customer information is secure and confidential.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge, ensuring that you're equipped to provide exceptional customer service.

Required Skills

* Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.

  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to adapt to changing work environments and work independently, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage your time effectively.
  • Basic computer proficiency and the ability to navigate online tools and systems, including our customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with the ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.

  • Experience working in the aviation industry, with knowledge of air travel policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Experience using CRM software, with the ability to navigate and utilize the system to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Experience working with diverse customer populations, with the ability to communicate effectively and provide culturally sensitive support.
