Responsibilities:
As an e-Service Chat Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, representing our brand to customers and business partners (e.g., contractors, realtors, etc.). You will acquire in-depth knowledge and understanding of product coverage and adhere to departmental guidelines, policies, and procedures while maintaining a professional and businesslike relationship with both internal and external customers. Your primary goal is to provide every customer with the best possible service experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist customers, contractors, and/or business partners via inbound and outbound telephone calls, written correspondence, and/or electronic communication according to all policies, procedures, and contract coverage.
- Explain and uphold contract coverage to customers and/or contractors.
- Follow up with customers, contractors, and/or business partners to ensure customer service issues are resolved.
- Maintain current knowledge of all policies, procedures, programs, and complete required continuing education courses.
- May assume other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
* Minimum Education, Licensure, and Professional Certification requirements: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- Minimum Experience required: 1+ years of experience preferred.
- Required Skills:
+ Computer literacy + Problem-solving and decision-making + Attention to detail + Multi-tasking + Adaptability to a fast-paced environment
- Preferred Skills:
+ Customer service experience and/or training
Essential Functions:
* Ability to be on video call as required during working hours.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers, contractors, and business partners.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to resolve customer service issues.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
