Key Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

Delivering Exceptional Customer Experiences:

+ Engage customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services. + Resolve customer issues and answer questions to ensure a positive customer experience. + Model and share customer service best practices with all team members to deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.

Providing Efficient and Friendly Service:

+ Register customer purchases on assigned cash register, collect cash, and distribute change as requested. + Process voids, returns, rain checks, refunds, and exchanges as needed. + Recommend items for sale to customers and suggest trade-up and/or companion items.

Maintaining a Clean and Organized Store Environment:

+ Keep counters and shelves clean and well-merchandised. + Take inventory and maintain records. + Check in and price merchandise as required or as directed by store manager or communicated by the shift leader.

Implementing Asset Protection Procedures:

+ Identify and minimize profit loss through effective asset protection procedures. + Ensure compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products (e.g., alcoholic beverages and tobacco products).

Assisting with Visual Merchandising and Store Maintenance:

+ Construct and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, super structures, and sale merchandise. + Complete resets and revisions as directed. + Assist with separation of food items and product placement as specified by policies/procedures.

Providing Excellent Service in the Photo Area:

+ Provide customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service, poster print, and creative machine. + Suggestively sell promotional photo products.

Web Pick-up Responsibilities:

+ Monitor orders in Picture Care Plus. + Fill orders (pick items) and deliver orders to customers as they arrive at the store.

Compliance and Teamwork:

+ Comply with all company policies and procedures. + Maintain respectful relationships with coworkers. + Complete special assignments and other tasks as assigned.

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Previous customer service experience in a retail or healthcare environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience in a retail or healthcare environment with a focus on customer service.

  • Knowledge of store systems and store equipment.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
